Thuan An holds dialogue with people about administrative reform

Early November 9, Thuan An city organized a dialogue between leaders of the city’s Party Committee, People's Committee and people on administrative reform, digital transformation and e-government building in the city.

At the dialogue, the local people asked for the city to send more volunteers to quarters, hamlets and residential areas in order to guide older people in accessing information technology. For digital transformation to be successful, leaders of the city must be drastic and listen to the opinions by the people. They also mentioned to giving regular training on information technology to the city’s officials and civil servants...

Leaders of Thuan An city answered the local people's opinions specifically and thoroughly under their authority. For the remaining issues, they recorded and directed relevant departments and divisions to research, find solutions and provide written answers to the people.
