Thuan An Labor Union takes good care of civil servants-workers’ lives

Between 2005 and 2010, Thuan An district’s Labor Union joined hands with relevant agencies to monitor the situation of labor dispute at 191 businesses;  solved many issues regarding the legislative rights and interests for 6,807 civil servants-laborers; set up a legal consulting squad and gave legal support for nearly 1,000 civil servants-laborers and 127 businesses.

The district’s Labor Union also took good care of the lives of civil servants and laborers by helping 427 civil servants-laborers get loans from programs 120 and CEP. Its trade union locals under the administrative bloc maintained 53 loan-supporting groups for 1,658 unionists with nearly VND10bln, helped 734 other unionists to get over VND9blb in preferential loans from banks.
