Thuan An, Tan Uyen, North Tan Uyen, Phu Giao visit, present gifts to policy beneficiary families

Early July 23, a delegation of Thuan An town’s leaders, led by Do Thanh Tam, Secretary of the town’s Party Committee, Chairman of the town’s People’s Council, visited and presented gifts worth VND9million to 5 policy beneficiary families in Lai Thieu ward on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2018).

On behalf of the delegation, Mr.Tam acknowledged contributions by the local policy beneficiary families while wanting them to further uphold the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation and actively mobilize their descendants to follow the fine tradition of the elders, contributing to building up a more civilized, prosperous and beautiful locality.

*The same day, leaders of Tan Uyen town held 12 delegations to visit and present gifts to the local policy beneficiary families.

Representatives of these delegations extended best regards and expressed deep gratitude to the policy beneficiary families while wanting them to further uphold the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation and strive to be bright examples for young generations to follow.

On this occasion, they also offered 35 gifts worth VND2million each from the province and 551 gifts worth VND1million from the town to the local policy beneficiary families.

*Also on July 23, leaders of North Tan Uyen district held many delegations to visit and offer 243 gifts worth between VND1.2million and VND2million each to the local policy beneficiary families.

On this occasion, these delegations gave 21 saving books worth VND1million for the local policy beneficiary families.

*Early July 23, leaders of Phu Giao district visited and donated 9 gifts worth VND1.5million each to heroic Vietnamese mothers and 400 others worth VND1million each to policy beneficiary families.

On this occasion, the district also offered 71 gifts worth VND500,000 each from the local State budget to families with the “Exemplary citizen”, “Exemplary revolutionary family” titles and the People’s Committees of communes and township with the “Commune, township well realize a task of war invalids and martyrs” title.

*Early July 23, Becamex IDC implemented a program on healthcare for heroic Vietnamese mothers in Ben Cat town.

The program aimed to uphold “When drinking water, remember its resource”, “Paying debt of gratitude” traditions, contributing to taking good care of heroic Vietnamese mothers, martyrs’ families, war invalids, revolutionary contributors…

It is known that in 2017 and 2018, Becamex IDC contributed VND87billion to provincial Fund for the Poor and Gratitude Fund. Of the total figure, VND10billion was spent on providing medical check-up and treatment for the local policy beneficiary families.
