To apply information technology into the management of expanded vaccination

Provincial Preventive Medicine Center has applied software to improve management quality of expanded vaccination’s subjects.

According to the assessment, initial deployment of the software has brought good efficiency. In the past, expanded vaccination’s subjects were recorded manually on books, so it was difficult for staff to make detailed statistics, because there were many types of books and information. There were many overlaps, due to the movement of children by their families. This made it difficult for staff to prepare supplies and vaccines in accordance with local needs. Expanded vaccination’s subject management software was deployed from health centers, where directly provide expanded vaccination services to the target population, thus it is easy to identify subjects.
