To follow the guidelines, the implementation of the Politburo's Directive No. 05-CT/TW "on promoting learning and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" in Bac Tan Uyen district has been effective in practice. Of the implementation, the consciousness, the pioneering, and the example of the cadres and party members have been promoted, so that they could be closer to the public and grassroots.

Self training

In Dat Cuoc commune, one of the localities of rich revolutionary traditions of Bac Tan Uyen district, learning and follow President Ho has, in recent years, become a regular job of cadres and party members. On the first day of the week, at the flag-raising ceremony of the CPC and schools, stories about President Ho's examples are told. At the meetings of the Party cells, the meeting of socio-political organizations, the units held story telling about President Ho so that each cadre and party member learned their lessons from experience and foster self training.

Le Huynh Le, Party Secretary of Dat Cuoc Commune, said that before the direction of the Standing Board of the District Party Committee on building commitments and plans for implementation of resolutions and directives of the Party directed by the Department of Propaganda and District Party Committee, the Commune Party Committee has deployed the implementation plan of the Politburo’s Directive 05-CT/TW. The Commune Party Committee has instructed all the Party members and cadres to direct the Party cells, authorities, and Fatherland Fronts in 9 out of 9 Party cells; and, 96.5% of Party members make their own plans. After the guiding documents, the Communist Party Committee continue to complete and add items to the plan. As a result, the training and self-training of cadres, Party members in Dat Cuoc are carried out regularly and continuously.

"Through monitoring, the Communist Party Committee found that cadres and Party members have seriously followed the example, regularly cultivating, training, raising the quality, political thought, morality, and lifestyle, In fact, they stay close to the people and have good sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned and sense of discipline and internal unity, thereby creating faith in the people," said Le.

Public approximate

Not in Dat Cuoc commune alone, many other localities in Bac Tan Uyen district have built many good models in learning and following President Ho with the motto of public approximate to hear the opinions of the people and for the people to serve.

The North Standing Committee of the Bac Tan Uyen District Committee has built up two models in learning and following ideology, Ho Chi Minh style to deploy in the district. In particular, District Party Committee select the Party Committee of Binh My Commune and Branch Office of the People's Council - District People's Committee to make points and concurrent deployment simultaneously in 10 communes. The district electorate selects the branch block and the environment-resources sub-branch as the point, and at the same time implement the implementation of all branches, Party cells of the district agencies.

Huynh Van Can, Head of the Bac Tan Uyen District Party Committee's Commission for Propaganda and Education, said that the development and implementation of learning models and followings of President Ho do not stop at the pilot models to draw experiences but the district still develops wider distribution to localities, agencies and units in order to create extensive dissemination in the spirit of listening to people's opinions to better serve the people. After the implementation of the above two models, the Party bases have been seriously implemented, having reported the initial results.

"For the above two models, the cultivation, training of morals, lifestyle, spirit and attitude of serving the people of cadres, party members and civil servants, especially at the grassroots level and in places. Direct contact with people has good progress. The leaders of the party committees and authorities have increasingly shown their pioneering role, exemplary in the performance of their tasks and concerned about the legitimate interests of the people," said Huynh Van Can.

In addition to the above two models, the Standing Committee of Bac Tan Uyen District Party Committee has also directed the Party and mass organizations in the area to continue to implement good practices, effective models, practical in learning and following President Ho over the years, in order to help propagate and educate officials, party members, putting on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideas, ethics and style in far and wide.
