To enhance administrative discipline and orders

In order to thoroughly and definitively handle complaints from people and businesses about administrative mechanisms, policies and procedures, the Department of Health has just issued a written request to affiliated units to simplify the implementation of administrative procedures.

Accordingly, the units under the Department of Health need to strengthen orders and administrative discipline with regular inspection and examination, strict and public sanctions on cadres, civil servants and public employees to prevent delays causing troubles to people and businesses, especially those who push, avoid or fear responsibility in performing official duties (if any). The Department also proposes policies and mechanisms to encourage and protect cadres who dare to think, do, and take responsibility to make breakthroughs for the common good.
