Executive Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Students' Association, 3rd term, 2023-2028 tenure, is introduced at the congress.

During the 2023-2028 term, the goals of the province's student association and movements are: to build a class of students in the new era with revolutionary ideals, strong political courage, full of patriotism, love of socialism, and responsibility towards the Fatherland; proactively study, innovate, do scientific research, apply new technology and integrate; have ethics, cultural lifestyle, civilized behavior, and obey the law; have deep knowledge, good health, social practice skills, and desire to rise; know how to build ideals, dream and have noble ambitions, actively participate in activities demonstrating responsibility towards the community and society, and strive for the goal of building Binh Duong into a smart city.

In addition, Provincial Students’ Association will focus on building a truly strong association, adapted to the province's development conditions, capable of gathering, widely uniting and accompanying students, contributing to improve their lives, and protect the legal and legitimate rights and interests of members and students; strive to contribute to the industrialization and modernization of the province, for the cause of building and protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.

Accordingly, Students’ Association at all levels in the province will focus on implementing the "5 good students" movement; improve the quality of this movement at schools; connect typical students with agencies and businesses. In addition, associations at all levels are active in consulting and supporting student activities, such as increasing the search for scholarships to support disadvantaged students; organize assessments of student needs and capabilities, periodically update skills requirements in occupations and jobs; organize activities to equip students with social practice skills according to their major in group activities, branch activities, on forums, social networks... Besides, Students’ Association at all levels focus on surveying and understanding the employment needs of students; providing labor market information and forecasting human resource needs for students; organize training activities for students on job search skills and working skills.

Provincial Students’ Association continues to coordinate with Provincial People's Committee Office to well organize training and internship programs for students at Provincial Public Administration Center; organize a variety of cultural and artistic activities among students. For the program of building a strong association, Provincial Students’ Association will strengthen and innovate dissemination work, introduce Students’ Association and student movements; persistently organize many forms of communication through youth and student information channels and practical activity programs; standardize timely, specific and synchronous information and guidance documents in the province.

The Provincial Students’ Association will also pay attention to removing obstacles and difficulties in awareness, establishment mechanisms, and operating mechanisms for school-level Student Associations; especially the mobilization and establishment of Students’ Associations at schools. The Association also closely coordinates with universities, colleges and Youth Unions of the province to build a coordination mechanism to support the association's operations and development.

During the tenure, the association strives to establish an Advisory Council to accompany the development of Binh Duong students, including prestigious individuals and famous people in influential fields in society in general and with students in particular; strive to complete the member and student management application software project for the 2023-2028 term; focus on building a team of quality association officials, mature from student movements...
