In parallel with patrolling and applying professional measures to maintain security and order in the area, officers of Tan Dong Hiep Industrial Park Station always pay attention to establishing a team of pioneer workers to prevent and fight crime in companies. In order for this organization to operate effectively, Tan Dong Hiep Industrial Park Police Station has established many Zalo groups to propagate the law among business owners and workers.

According to Major Thai Van Tuan, with nearly 1,000 members of the Pioneer Worker Team for Crime Prevention, this is the "extended arm" of the police force in capturing information and handling complicated cases right from the start. Since the beginning of the year, the police station has received many sources of information related to security and order through the Pioneer Worker Team. Accordingly, the police station successfully organized conciliation in 2 cases and handled administrative violations in 1 case.

From the beginning of the year, Tan Dong Hiep Industrial Park Police Station has organized over 300 armed patrols with nearly 900 officers participating. Thereby, 223 cases of urban order and traffic order violations were detected and handled, including nearly 90% of cases of car drivers parking on roads where parking and stopping were prohibited.
