To improve the operational efficiency of Culture, Sports - Community Learning Centers

On August 5, a supervisory delegation of Culture and Social Affairs Board of the Provincial People's Council worked with Provincial Department of Education and Training, Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities on the situation and activities of Culture, Sports - Community Learning Centers in communes, wards and townships in the whole province.
