To receive more than VND 8.3 billion in support of the program on computers for children

In response to a program on computers for children launched by the Government, Binh Duong Provincial Vietnam National Committee has also launched a program calling on compatriots, officers, soldiers, organizations, agencies and businesses in the province to support and take care of material and spiritual life of poor and disadvantaged students affected by Covid-19 in the province.

Along with supporting resources for Covid-19 prevention and control, in recent time, many agencies, units, organizations, businesses and benefactors have actively contributed money, computers and smartphones. This has helped many disadvantaged students in the province to participate in online learning.

According to the summary of the Provincial Vietnam National Committee, up to now, the province has received more than VND8 billion 330 million in support of the program computers for children. Specifically, in terms of cash, the province has received nearly VND4 billion 673 million; regarding material contributions, the province has received 718 computers and 737 smart phones, worth more than VND3 billion and 657 million.
