To strengthen inspection and management of endangered and rare wild animals

Since the beginning of this year, the agriculture and rural development authority has focused on forestry inspection, regularly patrol and inspection of the entire forest area in key areas. In addition, functional forces strengthened cooperation with localities to prevent illegal cutting, burning, and exploitation of forests, and organize inspection of illegal transportation and trade of forest products and wild animals.

On the other hand, the authority carried out inspection and management of endangered and rare wild animals, and conditions of aggressive wild animals in the province. Up to now, the total herd of wild animals in the province is 5,239 animals, including 82 species belonging to 88 organizations and households. The province also has 31 artificial planting and seeding establishments with a total area of 208.5 ha.
