During the time of the peak epidemic in the area, the departments in the province has both tried their best to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic and implemented supporting packages for people, requiring a very large amount of work. The delay in policy settlement for those has both subjective and objective causes, but it must be quickly remedied, so as not to let people suffer," Mr. Minh said.

When the dossier is approved, it is necessary to speed up spending, not to let the employees wait. The Department of Health should coordinate with the districts, towns and cities to complete the application procedures for the subjects who are infecte4d laborers to be supported in the near future according to regulations.
