Today, schools simultaneously hold opening ceremony for 2022-2023 new school year

Today (September 5), all schools in the province from preschools to high schools and continuing education centers simultaneously hold the opening ceremony for the 2022-2023 new school year. On the opening day of the new school year, leaders of provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee will attend the opening ceremony and have fun with teachers and students at 16 educational and training institutions in the province.

Students at all levels in Binh Duong returned to school on August 29

In the 2022-2023 school year, Binh Duong has 742 schools, an increase of 11. The whole province is expected to increase by 29,922 students at all levels compared to the 2021-2022 school year. In the 2022-2023 academic year, provincial Department of Education and Training (DoET) continues implementing the new general education program in 2018. In addition to the grades 1, 2 and 6 with the new education program implemented from the previous school year, there will be 3rd, 7th and 10th grade blocks under the new education program in this school year.

Nguyen Thi Nhat Hang, Director of provincial DoET said that the province's education and training sector has summed up the 2021-2022 school year and deployed tasks for the 2022-2023 new school year to administrators and teachers throughout the sector; organized inspection of the preparation for the new school year at educational and training institutions in the province. Provincial DoET also noted that schools should hold opening ceremonies for the new school year simply, focusing on welcoming first-graders, making good impressions on them, and well realizing pandemic prevention and control so that students can have a fun and meaningful school opening festival.
