Total wastewater treatment capacity in Ips at over 191,000 cu.m per day and night

According to Bui Minh Tri, Head of provincial Industrial Parks (Ips)’Management Board, Binh Duong currently has 29 IPs in operation with a total area of ​​about 10,983 hectares.

The construction of the IPs has been completed with a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, creating favorable conditions for the province to promoting investment attraction. The tenancy land rate of the local Ips in operation is about 84%, higher than the national average level at 76%. All the local Ips in operation have had concentrated wastewater treatment plants with total treatment capacity of more than 191,000 cu.m per day and night, meeting environmental standards. Provincial Ips’Management Board has regularly propagandized and reminded enterprises to strictly comply with regulations on environmental protection as prescribed.
