Towards the people with care and attention

In these days, at daily epidemic prevention and control meetings, leaders of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee always direct and remind grassroots cadres to focus on the people and take care of the people, especially the people in the "locked and frozen" areas of the province not letting any people go hungry. Implementing the direction of the provincial Party Committee, the whole political system has moved towards the people and taken care of the people. The fact shows that most of the staffs of the facilities in the province have been actively and creatively working with a pure heart to take care of the interests of the people and to be praised and trusted by the people. 

According to information from Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, up to now, localities in the province have basically completed essential supporting packages for people according to Resolution No. 04 of the provincial People's Council, Decision No. 12 of the People's Committee and Resolution No. 68 of the government. In order to complete the distribution of supporting packages in the context of social distancing, grassroots officials must "go door to door and knock on doors" to check so as not to miss beneficiaries of the above supporting packages. The workload is high while the task force is thin and has to be divided to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, so it is inevitable that the delay will cause a small part of the beneficiaries to complain. For these cases, the provincial Party Committee directs Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with localities to complete the implementation before August 31. Regarding the distribution of food to poor households and people in "locked and frozen" areas, leaders of the provincial Party Committee directed localities to focus resources to quickly implement, not letting anyone be hungry.

The view of the provincial Party Committee leaders is "not accepting the situation that rice is in stock but people are hungry". In any locality or facility where people are starving, the head of that locality or establishment must take responsibility and, depending on the extent, measures are taken to deal with it. In fact, in the "locked and frozen" wards, grassroots cadres, in coordination with reinforcements from the police and army, have performed very well the distribution of food to the people. Most people living in "locked and frozen" areas and poor households in the province have received food as assured of "staying wherever you are" to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19.

The timely instructions of the leaders of the provincial Party Committee on essential issues of people's lives are aimed at the people by taking care of the people during the time of quarantine for disease prevention and control. However, the persistingl issues are that people are not really satisfied with. For the shortcomings of the localities, people dare to feedback, the leaders of the provincial Party Committee will strictly handle the heads of the localities who have not fulfilled their responsibilities to the people. However, the leaders of the provincial Party Committee also called on the people to sympathize and share because in the context of the stressful epidemic, the task force must be divided into many lines, making it difficult to perform and delay the implementation of the people's requests. The sympathy and sharing of the people will help strengthen the great unity of the whole nation to defeat the pandemic and return to normal life at the soonest.
