After hearing leader of provincial CDC and delegates to report on the local situation of the pandemic, epidemiological investigation, tracing, testing capacity, medical equipment, etc., Mr. Loi asked the local health sector and provincial CDC to focus resources on epidemiological investigation and sampling for testing that must be "fast and faster". This will help the province quickly localize and stamp out the pandemic effectively. He also suggested relevant units to pay attention to coordination in epidemiological investigation and tracing for F1 cases. When making contạct tracing, the health sector must ensure samples from subjects to be taken immediately while taking measures to isolate F1 cases early to prevent and avoid the risk of infection in the community. Provincial CDC needs to focus on epidemiological investigation, large-scale tracing and rapid testing. Especially, provincial CDC need to organize vehicles and mobile squads that can regularly deploy rapid sampling for testing in a professional manner, reducing troubles for people. In the fight against the pandemic, it is absolutely forbidden to "say no, say difficulty, say lack". The local health sector must be flexible with the local real situation, uphold the role of community anit-Covid groups in actively supporting epidemiological investigation and tracing to conduct rapid testing. The local health sector needs to quickly establish more mobile teams for Covid-19 testing to support units amid the complicated developmens of the pandemic; ensure rapid epidemiological investigation, sampling and testing of suspected cases, thereby aiming to quickly detect, localize, and trace quickly and absolutely; strengthen surveillance and early detection to quickly track down related cases. As for medical equipment and testing machines, the province will call for social resources to promptly meet the local requirements in pandemic prevention and control.
