On September 5, 2024, the Center for Trade Promotion and Industrial Development under Binh Duong Provincial Department of Industry and Trade collaborated with Aeon Mall Binh Duong Canary Shopping Center to host a Vietnamese goods fair with the theme  “Introducing traditional handicraft and fine arts industry of Binh Duong”.

The event takes place from September 5 to September 12, 2024 at the South Hall of Aeon Mall Binh Duong Canary in Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An city.

The fair aims to respond to the Politburo's policy on the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", along with the desire to introduce the province's traditional characteristic products directly to consumers.

As participating in the event, businesses will display and sell handicraft products such as: lacquerware, rattan, bamboo, ancient pottery, and traditional clay pigs, etc., contributing to promoting and introducing the unique craft villages of Binh Duong.

This event takes place with the aim of providing consumers with an in-depth look at local craft villages and traditional products, as well as creating conditions for handicraft enterprises in the province to exchange and learn experiences to improve productivity, product quality and competitiveness.

Besides, the event also helps businesses directly reach domestic and international consumers, learning about the demands and tastes of visitors. Thereby, products will be adjusted and improved to suit the constant development of technology and modern consumer trends.

The fair is not only an opportunity for businesses to connect, promote and build brands for handicraft products of Binh Duong province, but also to expand future business markets, especially the Aeon Mall supermarket system in Japan.
