Traffic infrastructure development to sustain strategic breakthroughs

Infrastructure development, especially transportation infrastructure, is identified by Binh Duong as a strategic breakthrough for socio-economic development. Currently, many key transportation projects linking regions are being accelerated by Binh Duong, such as the Belt Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City; the upgrading and expansion project of National Highway 13. Especially on September 23, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee will inaugurate the construction of the Bach Dang 2 Bridge, on the Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang road, contributing to the completion of the transportation system in the province and promoting trade between regions.

To develop regional transportation infrastructure in the coming time, Binh Duong will construct expressways, urban railway systems, and metro lines connecting with Ho Chi Minh city and provinces in the key economic region in the South; accelerate the progress of the Vanh Dai 3 of Ho Chi Minh city, Vanh Dai 4 of Ho Chi Minh city.
