Traffic lights should be solar powered

Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Le Thanh Cung just demanded sector of traffic and transportation to facilitate solar-powered traffic lights to avoid jams upon accidents of black-out and system maintenance.Accordingly, the sector was asked to do research on feasibility of solar-powered traffic lights which can be used even in the evening without being dependent on electricity network.
