Traffic works fulfilled in 2015

Provincial Department of Transport, on Jan.26, forwarded a conference to sum up its activities in 2015 and implement orientations, tasks through 2016.

The sector last year concentrated on improving the effectiveness of controlling over the progress and quality of works. As a result, many traffic works were completed with good quality and progress that surpassed the plan.

Besides, the sector worked with localities and other sectors to realize 218 works on urban traffic and rejuvenation, successfully contributing to carrying out the local targets on new-style rural construction and urban rejuvenation. The sector also excelled at granting driving licenses, ensuring traffic safety…

Concluding the conference, provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Tran Thanh Liem asked for the sector to curb traffic jam, effectively redress “black points” on traffic accident; improve the quality of examination work…, contributing to the local common success.
