Update: 10-10-2011 | 00:00:00
In the international integration period, universities across the province have eyed training cooperation with nations to open chances for local students and young lecturers.  Binh Duong University signs a cooperation and culture exchange program with a university of Thailand.

Leading in the training cooperation movement in the province is Binh Duong University. Teaching of foreign lecturers has become popular at this university. Over years, Binh Duong University has created relations of training-education, teaching, scientific research with many countries such as Russia, the US, China, Korea, Japan, Holland and Australia.

Cao Viet Hung, the university party committee secretary and vice headmaster of the university, said the university has paid attention to international cooperation. The university has so far cooperated with experts from Britain, the US, Japan, China… to work and teach at the university. In addition, the university has sent many cadres to the cooperated universities to learn about their experiences. This is a bridge of cultural and professional exchange between nations.

The university’s effective programs include student exchange with Ngo Chau Institute of China, scientific research program with Russia Science Academy, English program with Union Institute of Language of Australia and so on.

Meanwhile, Binh Duong University for Technology and Economics has cooperated with Kent Institute of Australia to open an international college program for majors including business administration, marketing and accountancy administration.

With the educational philosophy of “intellectual-development-prosperousness”, Thu Dau Mot University has focused on material facility and talent attraction to improve training quality and scientific research, generating hi-quality human resources for the local industrialization and modernization. The university has mapped out strategic cooperation with Woosong University of Korea and other foreign universities.

In addition, Duc Tri primary and secondary school in Thuan An town has built relations with nations. Recently, Hyogo Pedagogy University of Japan has paid a working visit to the school. Duc Tri School has also designed a summer study program in Australia for students.

At present, the local universities have gradually created cooperation relations with nations to improve their education-training quality.
