Training course on legal knowledge for grassroots mediators held

Early May 11, Dau Tieng district’s Justice Department held a training course on legal knowledge for grassroots mediators in 2023.

At the training course, learners were disseminated legal knowledge on grassroots mediation, mediation skills; skills in organizing, operating and controlling mediation sessions; skills in consulting, guiding, explaining, persuading and mobilizing the parties to come to agreements on settlements, conflicts and disputes; skills in recording minutes, keeping track of mediation activities...

The training course equipped mediators with legal knowledge, experience and mediation skills to understand and apply flexibly in mediation activities, thereby raising the rate of successful reconciliation, preserving solidarity in the community.
