Provincial Agricultural Promotion Center has just ended a training course on rubber latex-tapping skills for rural laborers and demobees in Phu Giao district’s An Linh commune.

During the 10-day training course, learners were taught basic knowledge about how to tend rubber trees and tap their latex. They all reached good results in accordance with the training course’s requirements.

This is part of provincial Agricultural Promotion Center’s vocational training project for laborers in Phu Giao district’s 2 remote and poor communes of An Binh and An Linh. Under the project, along with free tuition fee, learners receive the allowance of VND10,000 per person per day. The allowance amounts to VND20,000 for learners who are ethnic minority people.
