Training courses organized for all-level Trade Union officers in 2024

Early April 21, Binh Duong provincial Trade Union organized a profession training course for organization and all-level Trade Union officers in 2024 with the participation of over 100 all-level Trade Union officers in the province.

The training conference offered trainees the topical contents of new situations for Trade Union operations, forecast of challenges and opportunities for reforms of contents, formality, and quality improvement of Trade Union grassroots, and operational methods of grassroots union chairmen. The trainees joined up with opinions on reality issues that Trade Union operations face in the new situations while sharing their experience and measures for reforming contents and formality of operations of grassroots union officers to elevate operation quality and satisfy new requirements.

The conference was to supplement knowledge and skills that union officers may need in reforming the contents and formality of operations to build up stronger Trade Union in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13^th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
