Department of Labor- War Invalids and Social Affairs (LWISA) in collaboration with Health Department and Ben Cat’s LWISA office organized training of children drowning prevention in 2013 for 150 officials taking care of children at localities and medical collaborators.At the training session, conditions of Vietnamese children drowning, reasons of drowning, preventions and treatments of drowning… were presented. The training was to provide basic knowledge of children drowning prevention, thereby spread extensively among people, notably parents having kids in ages 6-15 in order to reduce death caused by drowning.Reported by T.Nguyet – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
