Training on Land Law 2024

On the morning of August 1, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, organized a training conference on Land Law 2024. Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, chaired the conference.

There were also representatives of Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, provincial departments, branches, People's Committees of nine districts, cities and affiliated units; investors of industrial parks and clusters, organizations and businesses in the province.

At the conference, Bui Van Hai, Deputy Director of the Land Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, presented the main content and new points of the Land Law 2024, which became effective on August 1, 2024.

Accordingly, the 2024 Land Law (Law No. 31/2024/QH15) includes 16 chapters, 260 articles, an increase of 2 chapters compared to the 2013 Land Law. Compared to the 2013 Land Law, the 2024 Land Law stipulates five new groups of issues.
