Training on negotiation and conciliation skills offered for trade union officials

On July 20, the Trade Union of Ben Cat town organized a training course on negotiation skills, conciliation and inspection of the Trade Union in 2022. More than 200 participants were in the training session including the presidents and vice presidents, members of the executive committee and members of the inspection committee of the grassroots trade union under the Trade Union of Ben Cat town.

At the training course, the participants were provided with many skills and knowledge about the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Trade Union Charter, financial inspection process of the Union's assets, skills of negotiating and signing collective labor agreements, conciliation at the grassroots level etc. according to the Labor Law 2019.

The training course was to improve the professional qualifications and knowledge of the trade union dialogue, mediation and inspection for officials participating in the town's trade union work, contributing to the successful completion of the trade union duties set forth by the union.
