Training Program on "Application of AI in educational management on Google Platform"

On April 4, provincial Department of Education and Training (DOET) in collaboration with Asia Creative Education Joint Stock Company – the authorized representative of Google for Education in Vietnam, organized a training program on "Application of AI in Educational Management on Google Platform” at Eastern International University. The training session was attended by representatives from various professional departments of provincial DOET, representatives from the Departments of Education and Training of districts and cities as well as leaders of secondary schools, high schools and vocational schools across the province.

During the program, participants were updated on the latest advancements in AI, learned how to use the AI Gemini personal assistants to enhance work efficiency and shared experience in training teachers and students on AI. They also explored the implementation of Google’s digital school platform, utilized the notebookLM tool for learning support, research, data processing and discussed how to choose and use AI tools safely and responsibly. A seminar on "AI Applications in Educational Activities" was also conducted… Additionally, participants practiced with using AI assistants to support tasks such as building reports, planning, creating slides, making videos, generating images, composing music and taking meeting notes.

The training session helped participants gain essential knowledge and skills in applying AI to educational management, optimize workflows, improve management effectiveness and enhance educational quality. It also aimed at developing and implementing intelligent educational management models that meet the demands of the digital age.
