Tree planting day "Homeland Forest"

On the morning of July 7, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd and Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd jointly held a tree planting ceremony with the theme "Homeland Forest", at Sora Gardens SC Shopping Center in Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.  Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Ono Masuo, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City; Oh Dong Kun, General Director of Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd; Furusawa Yasuyuki, General Director of Aeon Vietnam, and leaders of some provincial departments and branches attended the ceremony.

The tree planting festival "Homeland Forest" is a connection between Becamex Tokyu, Aeon Vietnam and the local community with the desire to join hands for a sustainable future. The tree planting festival is also an opportunity to form love and raise awareness of the importance of environmental protection among the people, towards a better future. This is also an event to welcome the opening of Sora Gardens SC Shopping Center and Aeon Binh Duong New City supermarket, which will be opened at the end of July 2023; at the same time, it is an activity on occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. Sora Gardens SC is the first shopping center in Binh Duong new city, located on Hung Vuong Street, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.

After the ceremony, the delegates planted more than 1,350 trees with 25 different types, which were carefully selected to suit the local soil.
