Twelve individuals awarded “meritorious artisan” title in intangible cultural heritage field

Under the Decision No.2533/QD-CTN and 2534/QD-CTN issued by the State President, 12 artisans in the field of folk art performance in Binh Duong have been conferred the “meritorious artisan” title for their excellent performance in preserving and upholding the value of cultural heritages, contributing to the cause of national construction and defence, according to provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

They include Nguyen Thi Thu Hong, Cao Thi Thang, Pham Ngoc Phu, Nguyen Tan Xuan (or called Tan Xuan), Ngo Thi Xuan My (or called Kieu My), Le Duc Cang (or called Huy Thanh), Tran Thi Kim Anh, Vo Thi Cam Van (or called Kieu Hanh), Nguyen Thi Le (or called Thuy Duong), Le Thi Don (or called Ba Don), Nguyen Thi Bay (or called Xuan Nguyet), Le Van Ro (or called Duc An).
