For a long time being severely affected by the pandemic, production business of the vast majority of enterprises faced difficulties. Seeking orders, actively expanding domestic and foreign markets, accepting reduced profits to maintain jobs and incomes for employees... have been shown and performed by business owners and employers with the highest spirit.

In difficulties, employees have been cared for as best as possible by businesses. In favorable conditions, this force continues to be cared for in many aspects. Human resources, especially skilled and highly specialized human resources, are always precious assets of enterprises. Therefore, in addition to the general policy, from salary, bonus, social insurance, health care, etc., businesses have their own regime to take care of and retain employees. The understanding and support of enterprises is a great source of encouragement for employees to stick and accompany for the development of enterprises.

Along with the efforts of employers, all competent levels, branches and localities throughout the province for many years, especially during the difficult period due to pandemic, holidays and Tet, with responsibility and sympathy, spent a lot of resources, promulgated policies caring for employees so that they can feel secure in their work, contributing to the development of the province.
