In the afternoon of Feb. 20, aside from dragon dance items performed by 50 dragon dance groups inside and outside of the province, the organizing board will launch a gastronomy festival with the capacity of 10,000 people. The festival will performed by Windsor Plaza Hotel with distinctive dishes of nations such as Vietnam, Korea, Japan, the EU and many more.

In addition, an artistic firework program will be held solemnly at the provincial centralized administration center’s square at 6:30 p.m. It is expected that the firework program will last from 7-10 minutes.

A unique musical program will be also held to cater for the public at park of the provincial centralized administration center at 7 p.m. The musical show will be performed by famous singers of Thanh Thao, Dam Vinh Hung, Duong Trieu Vu, Dan Truong, Quang Dung and so on.

The 1,000 ha Binh Duong New City is built in an opening space and advanced architecture, serving for about 125,000 permanent settlers and over 400,000 laborers.

The centralized administration center alone was built in Nov. 2010. Accordingly, the center includes the twin tower of 21 storeys and 2 basements for parking and 6 other different works for central agencies of from 4-5 storeys including guesthouse, 4-star international conference center, etc with gross floor area of 243,000 m2 and the total height of 102.4m.
