Unity to construct and development the homeland, adjourned the 11th Congress of Binh Duong provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of 2022-2027 tenure

On October 4, the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Binh Duong province of 2022-2027 tenure entered the closing session. Attending the congress was Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Van Loc - Standing Member of the provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization cum Chairman of the provincial Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, Mai Hung Dung - Standing Member of provincial Party Committee and Standing Deputy Chairman of provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Loc Ha - Standing Member of provincial Party Committee and Deputy Chairman of provincial People's Committee, all-time provincial leaders, Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and Chairwoman of the Central Pioneer Council, all-time standing provincial Youth Union officers and revolutionary elders.

Responsibility of youths

In the closing session, the congress introduced the 41-member Executive Committee of the 11^th Binh Duong provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of 2022-2027 tenure with 41; Tran Thi Diem Trinh was re-elected Secretary of the provincial Youth Union. The delegates also discussed and highly agreed on the targets set out by the congress to unanimously promulgate the congress resolution. The congress also elected a 13-member delegation to attend the 12th National Congress of the Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure. In addition, the congress also conducted a discussion on the role of the young generation in building a smart city.

With the belief and expectation that the Union is the main force of the fourth industrial revolution, and the focus on digital transformation, administrative reform, building smart cities and innovation zones, in the new term, the Executive Committee of the 11th Binh Duong provincial Youth Union will carry out 4 youth projects and 12 key targets along with 8 groups of agendas, solutions and key projects for 2022-2027.

Tran Thi Diem Trinh - Secretary of the provincial Youth Union, said: “After 3 active, exciting, serious and responsible working sessions, the 11th Congress of Binh Duong provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has completed the agenda believing that the Executive Committee of the new term will always unite, work together, and agree on great efforts to train, strive and successfully implement the resolutions of the congress. The success of the congress will encourage and motivate the Youth Union at all levels, officials, union members and youths in the whole province to enter a new term of excitement, enthusiasm and responsibility of youths.

Solidarity to fulfill aspirations

The 11th Congress of Binh Duong provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of 2022-2027 term takes place at a time when the entire CPV, people and army in the province are trying their best to successfully implement the Resolution of the provincial Party Congress of the eleventh time. With the action slogan, the congress has determined the goal of the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2022-2027 term, Binh Duong's youths have developed comprehensively with revolutionary ideals, bravery, morality, responsibility, cultural lifestyle, aspiration to build and develop the homeland; the spirit of impulse, volunteerism, creativity and responsibility of young people to participate in the development of the province are strongly promoted especially in the development of industry, agriculture, and digital transformation.

Tran Thi Diem Trinh said that the 11th Congress of Binh Duong provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is a congress of action by calling on all levels of Youth Union, union members and youths to strongly promote patriotism, national pride, Binh Duong human values, and enthusiasm for innovation and creativity in emulations to set up many achievements, and successfully implement the resolutions of the congress. The successful implementation of the congress resolution requires each level of the Youth Union, each cadre, union member and youth to be deeply aware of their responsibility and be creative in concretizing the implementation of the resolution at each level. Each delegate should bring the determination to act under the motto of ‘actions speak louder that words’ into the process of performing political tasks in the locality and unit; on the other hand, it is necessary to urgently implement the action plan, the contents approved by the congress to form a solid attitude for the new term right from the activities to celebrate the success of the congress.
