Upholding Trade Union’s role in taking care of female workers’ spiritual life

On the afternoon of September 11, provincial School of Politics organized a scientific conference on the role of Trade Union in taking care of the cultural and spiritual life of female workers in industrial parks in the province-the current situation and some raised issues.

Master To Van Son, Vice Principal of provincial School of Politics said that Binh Duong province is located in the Southern Key Economic Region, attracting many domestic and foreign investors. Along with that, many people across the country also come to Binh Duong to live and work. The number of workers, especially female ones in industrial parks has constantly increased. Therefore, the conference aimed at exchanging, sharing and finding solutions to take better care of the cultural and spiritual life of female workers in the local industrial parks.

At the conference, scientists, representatives of provincial Fatherland Front Committees, Women's Unions and Youth Unions at all levels presented and frankly discussed the necessity and importance of Trade Union in taking care of the cultural and spiritual life of female workers in industrial parks in the province; analyzed shortcomings and difficulties of the Trade Union in taking care of the cultural and spiritual life of female workers, thereby proposing solutions to better promote the role of Trade Unions at all levels in taking care of the cultural and spiritual life of female workers in industrial parks in the province.
