Drawbacks and obstacles

Reporting on the work of introducing and developing the Party as workers in non-state enterprises, Dang Trung Dung – Deputy Chairman of the provincial Trade Union, said that provincial trade unions have been actively participate in the construction of CPV organizations, and development of CPV members at agencies, units and enterprises. In particular, the unit considers the educating and fostering excellent workers to introduce to the CPV for consideration and admission as an important task and a routine of the trade union organization. Since then, the provincial Trade Union has developed a plan to assign targets to introduce elite trade union members to the Party to trade unions at all levels, focusing on introducing the source as the president, deputy president, executive committee member, the leader and deputy head of the grassroots trade union and consider this as a hard criterion to classify and assess the quality of the trade union's activities at the end of the year. Thereby, the work contributes to the establishment of many CPV grassroots organizations at the same level as the local CPV committees in the enterprises, and many workers when they are in the ranks of the CPV to have more conditions to make efforts, strive, dedicate more, and become typical and excellent factors of the enterprise.

Representatives of enterprises also said that the more elite workers and party members an enterprise has, the more favorable conditions it will have for sustainable development. Because the elite party members and workers are those who are always exemplary in observing the laws and company rules, pioneering and creative in production to help the company develop sustainably. However, some Party members also have difficulty in terms of time when participating in Party activities and studying Party resolutions because when they join, they have to take time off work, affecting production activities of enterprises loss of sympathy with the Board of Directors.

Nguyen Manh Truong - a worker of Response Vietnam Co., Ltd (Tan Uyen Town) has just completed a training course on Party awareness theory and is in the process of background verification, sharing about sending documents back to his hometown to verification, but the local response is very slow, having to wait for a long time can easily lead to discouragement. Currently, the duration of training courses on theory and awareness about the Party is too long for the characteristics of workers' work, affecting their work and income. “Therefore, the authorities need to find a solution to shorten the time of document verification to quickly, conveniently, create excitement for employees, and consider opening a class on the theory of Party awareness in a short period of time. suitable to create conditions for workers to participate", Mr. Truong suggested.

Many solutions for better performance

At the conference, the delegates also expressed their opinions emphasizing that in the coming time, the development of the CPV in non-state enterprises, in addition to the role of trade unions, the whole political system in the country needs mobilizing localities to get involved. In particular, focus on renewing the content and form of propaganda on the construction and development of the CPV organization in association with the renovation of the content of CPV activities in non-state enterprises should be in a concise and flexible manner, step by step for business owners to see that the CPV organization does not hinder but accompanies them to develop production and business towards the development of the business and improving revenue and profit for the business and material and spiritual lives for workers.

After listening to the opinions of business owners, trade union officials, workers, representatives of leaders of departments, divisions, branches and localities, answered and proposed solutions to help create a favorable conditions for CPV development in non-state enterprises including creating favorable conditions for CPV members who are workers to participate in activities and resolutions. The province needs to offer learning and resolution suitable for workers or online according to the business sector; it should propose to the Central Organization Department to expand the target audience for CPV development to be workers in non-state enterprises who have not completed lower secondary school.

Concluding the conference, Nguyen Hoang Thao said that the work of developing CPV members and Party organizations in non-state enterprises in Binh Duong was focused by the provincial Party Committee and achieved encouraging initial results. However, compared to the number of workers and business owners in the province, the percentage of CPV members is still very low. The exchange of ideas and contributions from practice related to the development of party members and building of CPV grassroots organizations in non-state enterprises, improving the quality of members, advantages and disadvantages in creating resources, and introducing elite trade unionists who are workers, business owners to the CPV for consideration, training and admission on the basis for the province to propose specific solutions to remove obstacles and guide effective implementation as well as make proposals and recommendations to the central government to facilitate CPV development in the non-state sector to be more efficient in the coming time.
