The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP)’s Di An branch has just reviewed its activities in the first half of 2014 and defined orientations for the rest of the year.

For the rest of the year, VBSP’s Di An branch will recheck the local people’s real demand for loans to ensure equality; propagandize and guide poor households and near-poor ones how to effectively use loans; boost inspection of the activities of grassroots credit groups…

The branch in the first half of the year excelled at managing its credit activities, ensuring enough loans for targeted people. As a result, the branch’s mobilized capital reached VND9.25bln and its total outstanding loans amounted to nearly VND9.6bln, up nearly VND7.5bln compared to the beginning of the year or 100% of the year’s plan.
