Vibrancy with pink age songs

To celebrate the 23rd Congress of Uncle Ho's Obedient Children, provincial Young Pioneer Organization and Children's Cultural House have jointly organized the 24th provincial "Red Phoenix Flower" art program 2023. With the theme of "Young shoots are ready to do a thousand good deeds", the program has contributed to affirming the practical significance of the local children's art movement.

A fresh phoenix season

With the spirit of lively and joyful emulation, 400 students from 8 children's troupes of districts, towns and cities brought the program nearly 60 impressive and colorful items. These items brought the audience and the jury surprised, interesting things and memories in association with the innocent and pure dreams of students.

Pham Ngoc Bao Tam, a student of Tru Van Tho secondary school in Bau Bang district said that this year, the school's art troupe won the prize at the district-level competition, so she and her friends were selected to participate in the provincial-level competition. Coming here, Bao Tam was really happy to have the opportunity to enjoy many special art programs from other art troupes. Bao Tam was pleased that all the art troupes had good preparation, so every item was good and unique. Bao Tam hopes that the district will invest more so that the local art troupe can shine more in this useful playground.

As for Tran Thi Kim Lien, a student at Long Hoa secondary school in Dau Tieng district, this is the second time she has participated in the festival and this time the art troupes performed better than the last time. Noticeably, the children's art troupe of Di An city performed very impressively. Kim Lien also has the opportunity to make many new friends with the same interests and have more memories when participating in fun exchange and connection games.

Nguyen Hoai Thang, a choreographer of the children's arts troupe of Thuan An city said that members of the art troupe are "child actors or actresses" who were selected at primary and secondary schools in Binh Chuan ward. They practiced together for nearly a month and took the city-level competition in mid-July, 2023. Therefore, everyone was very excited to bring the provincial-level performance the following items: "Flying high with singing dreams - Flying into the future", "Grateful to Uncle Ho", "Red scarf on my shoulders", "My village's class", "My way to school", "The Young Pioneer Organization growing up with the country", "Thuan An’s children deserve to be Uncle Ho's obedient children".

Doing a thousand good deeds under Uncle Ho's teachings

This year's “Red Phoenix Flower” art performance took place in an exciting summer with many meaningful activities to celebrate the congresses of Uncle Ho's obedient children at all levels and the 60th anniversary of the “thousand good deeds” movement. Therefore, many programs were been elaborately and specifically invested, showing the right spirit as the theme of "Young shoots are ready to do a thousand good deeds".

Ngo Dang Huy, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Thu Dau Mot city’s Young Pioneer Organization said the city’s children's art troupe brought the festival a show "In the arms of the homeland" with stories about young heroes contributing to the defense of the homeland like Nguyen Ba Ngoc and the efforts by today's children in learning. The show aimed at sending everyone a message about the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" and the desire of the "Age of Fairy" in the cause of building up a more and more  prosperous,  civilized and modern country.

According to Nguyen Phan Thai Anh, Director of provincial Children's Cultural House, the organizing board of the program hoped that from this playground, good voices and excellent items from the units will have the opportunity to perform, exchange, learn together, contributing to adorning the "red phoenix flowers" seasons of Binh Duong, promoting the local cultural and artistic movement. And the festival will contribute to educating national traditions, love of the homeland and orienting children in choosing and enjoying music in a way appropriate to their age.
