Binh Duong boasts robust development in industrial production, attracting a large workforce from other localities, with the majority of workers in industrial zones being young people. Therefore, the Youth Union has continuously strived to effectively implement the Project on Uniting and Gathering Young Workers. In response to the Workers' Week launched by provincial Youth Union, over the past week, district- and city-level Youth Unions as well as grassroots Trade Unions have initiated programs and activities to support young workers. Beyond care and support initiatives, provincial Youth Unions at all levels have focused on creating an environment that allows young workers to access online public services and engage in communications on scientific and technological development, innovation and national digital transformation. These efforts help raise awareness among young workers and encourage them to actively cultivate digital skills as the country steps into a new era.

On the other hand, activities of the project such as establishing youth branches and clubs, conducting communication campaigns, providing young workers with support have continued being carried out by provincial Youth Unions at all levels, thereby contributing to uniting, engaging and building a young workforce that plays an active role in the local development process.
