Update: 13-05-2013 | 00:00:00

The festival features a variety of booths introducing Vietnamese culture and history, President Ho Chi Minh, tourism, economics and folk games. More than 1,000 guests attended the event on the opening day.

Visitors can enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine, try their hand at calligraphy and join folk games, in addition to learning about Vietnam's people, history, and current economic development.

Performances of songs, dances, and martial arts, as well as a fashion show with international friends from Russia, the Republic of Korea and Nigeria, were very popular with visitors to the festival.

This is the second Vietnamese cultural festival to be held in Volgograd, which is home to 500 workers and 300 students from Vietnam.
