"Good labor, creative labor" emulation

At VSIP Labor Union, the patriotic emulation movement is always maintained and developed strongly, practically, effectively, towards employees; the focus was the "Good labor, creative labor" emulation movement. This movement was concretized into emulation contents in accordance with the nature and characteristics of each industry and field, attracting thousands employee to participate in.

From the beginning of each year, VSIP Trade Union issues a document to direct grassroots unions to launch movements at enterprises. Accordingly, grassroots unions mobilized members of trade unions and workers to improve machines, apply new scientific - technical and technological advances to production to practice thrift and reduce consumption of raw materials, fuels, materials and energy to improve productivity, quality, improve the efficiency of using machinery and equipment... Since then, creating high quality products that are competitive, participate in regional and national integration. Specifically, enterprises promoted the movement "Promoting initiatives, technical improvement, rationalization of production, ensuring labor safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting”. Many units concretized into slogans so that workers were easy to understand, remember, and implement such as the movement "Practicing skills, skilled workers", "Ensuring safety in production", "Promoting initiatives , technical improvement "," Emulation to improve productivity and product quality" to meet the requirements of sustainable development of enterprises, improve working conditions for employees.

"Try your best, your best effort" was the motto of excellent employees in the movement "Good labor, creative labor" in 2018, in which Nguyen Thi Thai, a worker of Nitto Denko Vietnam Company was an example. She herself had the initiative of "Improving TPX material waste". Specifically, before improvement, at single-stage molding phase, the company used TPX to seal products when pressing. For products that had an arm design parallel to the length of U000 sheet and outside the sheet, after pressing, workers must replace new TPX before moving to the next stage. With many year experiences in this position, she felt it was wasted as having to replace new TPX, while it was still very good. Therefore, she made an improvement; post-pressed products were built into a dedicated table. TPX was for both latching and covering the product part. As a result, if previously with a production order of 13 million units, 82 rolls of TPX / month were used; then after improvement, it only takes 56 rolls of material. Only this simple detail has saved businesses nearly VND 200 million / month.

Or Tran Van Tien, assistant supervisor of Nissin Vietnam Food Company, had the initiative to repaint 3 seasoning pans, stainless steel pan and drain. As a result, this initiative has helped to save the cost of leasing contractors over VND 25 million and reducing the sanitation time to VND 5 million / year. He also had the initiative "Improving the bottom of spice powder sink" to prevent water from overflowing into bottom of floor so as to wet the ceiling, generating black mold, the risk of microbial contamination of products has brought about efficiency is guaranteed separating the inside and outside environment, saving the cost of renting the contractor is 21 million VND and reducing the cleaning time to 5 million VND / year.

Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chi, Chairman of VSIP Labor Union, evaluated and implemented the ECD "Good labor, creative labor", in the industrial park appeared many typical and advanced collectives and individuals. They are really typical flowers and mirrors for officials and employees in industrial zones to replicate and study. In the coming time, the Deputy General Director of "Good Labor, Innovative Labor" will continue to be directed and deployed by VSIP Trade Union to each of the grassroots level with richer content and form, in accordance with the characteristics of each business; At the same time, it promptly praised and rewarded the typical collectives and individuals to encourage morale and create motivation for the development of emulation movements.
