Visiting, offering gifts to workers on expressway construction site
Early January 19, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, in collaboration with provincial Traffic Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project Management Board and Electricity Company, organized a delegation to visit and offer gifts to a volunteer youth team and young workers participating in the program of “Volunteer Campaign Supporting the Completion of 3,000km of Expressway” in Thuan An city’s An Son commune. The event was attended by Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
The delegation visited the construction site to meet and present 15 Tet gift packages to workers involved in the project and distributed gifts to the volunteer youth team supporting the completion of the 3,000km expressway project. They also visited and offered Tet gifts to 20 disadvantaged families affected by relocation and land clearance.
Additionally, in An Son Commune, the delegation inaugurated a rural lighting project featuring 16 solar-powered streetlights and 20 electricity poles, with a total value of VND 70 million.
