In the morning of November 8, Ben Cat Town organized 3 delegations to visit elderly and disadvantaged teachers in the town on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 to November 20, 2022).

Accordingly, the delegations visited 10 retired teachers and those with struggling circumstances at My Phuoc ward, Chanh Phu Hoa ward, An Dien commune, and An Tay commune. At the destinations, the town's leaders graciously wished them better health and encouraged the teachers to lead a happy and healthy life to serve as a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren.
