On July 2, Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Uyen town coordinated with Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) and Tan Uyen Town Youth Union to open a "mini supermarket of VND0" at Tan Phuoc Khanh high school.

The supermarket provided 450 disadvantaged people in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward with more than 60 essential items, such as rice, instant noodles, eggs, cooking oil, spices, water bottles, vegetables, washing powder, hand sanitizer and a variety of fresh foods... In order to ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19, people are informed of working time and are free to choose essential items with a cost of VND0 in a maximum time of no more than 25 minutes and adhere to health authority's recommendations. The supermarket's opening time starts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 2nd, 3rd and 4th July.

The entire program's expenditure is supported by Southeastern PNJ Company. This is also the first activity in the Vietnam's Embrace program that PNJ is implementing to share difficulties with the community and help to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.
