The total implementation expense is VND27 billion, to be drawn from the agriculture and rural areas development programme. Of this, nearly VND115 million is spent for training courses for farmers, VND2.5 billion is used to improve and build infrastructure, and more than VND13 billion is for intensive farming breeding models.

In addition, the programme also draws more than VND5.35 billion for controlling environmental impact and disease, nearly VND1.7 billion for managing fishery income sources, and VND159 million for consumption.

The programme is expected to offer opportunities for farmers in Hanoi’s districts to build safe aquaculture models and improve the current scattered breeding and plantation situation./.
