In the morning of February 15, Department of Education and Training kicked off the 3rd Vo Minh Duc Award Teaching Contest for teachers from high schools and continual learning schools. Teachers will compete in theory and teaching skills before organizer select 20% of participating teachers to be qualified for the next round.

The Contest is to promote movement of teaching and learning in the face of teaching methodology innovation.
