Vocational training opportunities offered to the poor

In the morning of March 20, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs organized training courses and guidelines on poverty reduction policies and models for the poor in Di An Town.

Poor households are learning policies such as: Loan support; social protection allowance; education support for the poor; medical support; support vocational training, employment, livelihoods; House; electric bill; Lunar New Year and so on. Especially, the policy of supporting vocational training for the poor and near poor people has many innovations.

The poor and near-poor people want to learn a job and contact the commune-level poverty reduction staff to be instructed to apply for vocational training support. The poor and near poor people are supported with food and fuel costs, vocational training fees, the support level is not more than VND 10 million a case; Depending on the actual situation of study time and vocational training, the Association for Sponsoring People with Disabilities, orphans and poor patients in the province will consider the support level.
