In promotion of the voluntary spirit of local youths and unionists and role of the local Club for Young Doctors, the provincial Committee for Youth Federation held a voluntary program at the Central Highlands province of Dac Lac from Dec. 2-4. Local young doctors offer free health treatment and medicines to people in Dac Lac.
When the delegation of local Youth Federation including 30 doctors under the local Club for Young Doctors, members of Young Business Society, reporters arrived in Vu Bon commune, they realized great welcome of local people.
A local old woman expressed “I’m very happy for the youths’ significant visit”. Do Ngoc Huy, vice secretary of the local Youth Union, said “From 5 a.m, the delegation’s members started their journey to the commune. Despite tiresomeness, the young people started free health check-ups for local residents immediately”. The delegation will arrive in Eahning commune in this morning to offer free health treatment and medicines for needy people.
The journey again affirmed role of the local Club for Young Doctors. The club has excellently showed its role by cooperating with members. In this year, the club in cooperation with the local Youth Federation held about 10 journeys of free health treatments and medicines to needy people across province.
Possibly speaking, the voluntary program has created a special significance to share with poor people and showed a volunteer spirit for the community of local youths.
