In the exciting atmosphere of March - Youth Month, young people across the province have organized meaningful and practical volunteer activities to build urban civilization.

This year, Thu Dau Mot city is the unit chosen by the Provincial Youth Union to host the provincial-level activity "Peak Day of volunteer soldiers for urban civilization". At the program, Thu Dau Mot City Youth Union launched 5 Youth Volunteer teams for urban civilization, including: team of volunteer soldiers for urban civilization; team of volunteers visiting, examining, and giving free medicine; team of popular digital education; team of supporting the implementation of online public services; team of "Companions" Club. The Standing Committee of Thu Dau Mot City Youth Union also organized a program to sign a commitment on "Ensuring the organization of activities to participate in building the urban civilization" with 14 Ward Youth Unions and the Youth Union of the City Military Command.

In addition, the program also included many other contents such as: presenting the project “Civilized Urban Light”; presenting 20 gifts to students and people having difficult circumstances in the area; launching the project “Bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe roads” and launching a campaign to clean up and plant flowers; visiting and presenting gifts to families with books…

In Ben Cat, Youth Unions of various communes and wards are implementing projects aimed at improving their communities. These initiatives include the “Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful” streets project, which involved the installation of five solar lights along a 100-meter stretch; "Youth Flower Street" project, the placement of 40 notice boards of garbage collection time, and the installation of 10 benches in neighborhood areas…

In Di An City, union members distributed leaflets to educate residents about the laws and the criteria for developing a cultural and civilized urban area; created a Zalo group focused on collaborating to build a civilized urban environment; launched a project to plant 30 new trees on vacant land and implemented a program that allows residents to exchange plastic waste for trees…

Other localities in the province have fully engaged all Youth Unions from communes and wards to participate in the program launching the "Peak Day of Volunteering to Build Urban Civilization" and "Civilized Saturday." These initiatives include various exciting activities such as clearing drainage systems, cleaning up parks, and removing illegal billboards and advertisements along key routes…

Launch the movement "Digital Education for All"

This year, the Provincial Youth Union has actively launched a "Digital Education for All" movement in the province, aimed at helping people familiarize themselves with and adapt to digital transformation. As part of the "Peak Day of Volunteers for Urban Civilization," localities have initiated the "Digital Literacy" movement in each Youth Union branch.

In Thuan An City, for example, a team named "Digital Education for the People," consisting of 12 members, has been established and is responsible for extensive outreach and guidance for residents on using computers to access the internet and online public services. They assist in installing and activating level 2 and level 3 electronic identification accounts, integrating personal document information into the VneID application, and providing other information related to digital transformation.

Additionally, Vinh Phu Ward’s Youth Union has formed the "Vinh Phu Ward Digital Education" team, which includes 14 members. Their goal is to guide local residents in installing and using the Binh Duong Digital App, as well as reliable e-commerce platforms from domestic enterprises, such as "voso.vn," "postmart.vn," and "Binh Duong e-commerce platform https://binhduongtrade.vn"; teach people how to use computers to access the internet and navigate online public services effectively.

In Ben Cat, 100% of the Youth Union branches responded to the program "Digital Education for All" with a number of key activities, such as: Training on features and utilities of MySign remote digital signature, other utility applications of Viettel on mobile phones; maintaining community digital technology teams; guiding people to perform online public services, install and activate level 2 electronic identification accounts, integrate information and documents into VNeID accounts, digital signatures, electronic payment procedures, use of digital platforms; how to use social networks, civilized and safe software....

Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, highlighted the importance of ongoing initiatives beyond the "Peak Day of Volunteer Soldiers for Urban Civilization." He expressed hope that Binh Duong's youth will actively engage in the campaigns "All People Unite to Build Cultural Life in Residential Areas" and "Youth with Traffic Culture."

He encouraged young people to implement effective programs and participate in the "Digital Education for All" movement. This initiative aims to enhance community digital transformation, helping residents access digital technology and improving their lives and jobs.
