Voter dialogue about administrative procedure reform

On May 27, Provincial People's Council collaborated with Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Binh Duong Radio and Television Station to organize a voter dialogue program on Binh Duong Radio and Television with the theme "Administrative procedure reform - People and businesses are the center". The program had the participation of leaders of Provincial Delegation of National Assembly, Provincial People's Council, Standing Committee of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, divisions, branches, districts, towns, cities, delegates of Provincial People's Council, and voters in the province.

Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Head of Legal Department of Provincial People's Council, said that reforming administrative procedures combined with improving the investment environment is always a matter of concern to provincial leaders. Therefore, this program was to collect recommendations and proposals of voters and participants for competent agencies to draw lessons and help the reform of administrative procedures and digital transformation achieve the set goals.

At the program, delegates of Provincial People's Council, representatives of voters raised many questions about administrative procedure reform, digital transformation, current common difficulties in handling administrative procedures on digital platform, propagation, and instruct people to do administrative procedures on digital platform... Many comments suggested advisory agencies have better, more synchronous solutions, improve the human factor in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses, to help the province perform better the administrative procedure reform combined with digital transformation.
