Whole province has 12 licensed first aid points

As of late 2021, the province had a total of 12 licensed first aid points; 251 Red Cross first aid points stationed at people's houses. There were 2 provincial-level trainers, 260 first aid volunteers being core forces at the first aid points.

In order to effectively carry out this work, in the period of 2016-2021, provincial Red Cross Societies at all levels organized 91 first aid training courses for 9,326 Red Cross trainers, guides and volunteers, aiming to improve their first aid knowledge. In addition, they provided first aid for more than 23,000 cases of traffic and occupational accidents.
